Stonegate Development Group maintains commercial insurance programs intended to support its operations. Insurance coverages may include commercial general liability, workers’ compensation, employer’s liability, commercial automobile liability, umbrella liability, builder’s risk, property insurance, professional liability (where applicable), cyber liability, and other coverages deemed appropriate by the Company.
Insurance policies are subject to:
- Coverage limits
- Deductibles
- Self-insured retentions
- Policy exclusions
- Endorsements
- Carrier underwriting requirements
- Renewal conditions
Nothing contained on this website constitutes a representation that any specific loss, claim, event, defect, delay, or occurrence is insured or covered under any policy.
The existence of insurance shall not expand or modify the Company’s contractual obligations, warranty obligations, or legal liability.
The Company may require subcontractors, consultants, vendors, suppliers, and independent contractors to maintain insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements and to provide certificates of insurance naming the Company as an additional insured where appropriate.
Certificates of insurance may be furnished upon written request to clients, lenders, municipalities, or other authorized parties, subject to confidentiality obligations and carrier requirements.
The Company reserves the right to modify insurance carriers, limits, deductibles, or coverage at any time without notice.
Reservation of Rights
Stonegate Development Group expressly reserves all rights, remedies, defenses, privileges, and immunities available under applicable federal, state, and local law. Failure to enforce any provision contained herein shall not constitute a waiver of any right.
These policies may be amended, revised, supplemented, or replaced at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
